I initially contacted Michelle Patterson since I was looking for my first house to buy. However, Kim ended up being my Realtor since they work as a team.
To give a little background, I had tried working with several other Realtors before this. None of them seemed like they wanted my business. After getting the "I'll call you back" line several times when asking to view houses and it never happening, I would move on.
The one thing that Kim was absolutely amazing at was communication. She would return her calls/emails/texts very quickly and get any info I requested exactly when she said she would. That seems simple, but for me it was really difficult to find someone that would follow through like that.

I was looking on the (very) low end of houses, and I looked at a bunch. However, I never got the feeling that I was wasting her time. She was always patient and willing to show me more. I did end up finding several on my own, and she had no issues showing me those as well. At the price range i was looking, there were very few houses in decent condition, so it took a while to find ones I was interested in.

I did find one house I really liked but honestly the seller was straight up unreasonable. Kim was super nice, but she does have a good feisty side when she needs to. That sale didn't work out, but honestly I don't think there's anything else she could have done for that. The seller just didn't want to sell the house for anything near what it was worth.

Once I did find the house I ended up buying, Michelle's office handled everything smoothly. There were a few surprises/catches with paperwork from other parties, but they handled that pretty well.

Overall, I would (and have) totally recommend Kim.
